Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across all employed members of staff at my organization. Makes claiming expenses an aligned fair process and makes it easier to make claims.
  • Great user interface.
  • Great mileage calculator tool.
  • Helpful collation of expense claims to authorize.
  • Dashboard could have better links to the mileage calculator.
  • Allowed me to quickly complete my expenses in order to remain focused on my daily tasks.
Once used to it, it becomes easier but there was a bit of confusion over how to make different types of claims, i.e. mileage.
Faster with a UI and no need to make many phone/email conversations.
Ease of use and consolidation and alignment of processes.

In a post covid world where some employees are now working from home and when you have staff working quite remotely, it reduces the need for frequent communication and authorization.
