Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used to upload and explain our expenses. This is then approved / rejected by our managers where feedback and reasoning can be left. It then gets paid to us.
  • Easy to upload receipts.
  • Easy to keep track of the process.
  • Easy to see any issues raised by management.
  • When uploading new expense claims, it isn't clear how to upload receipts until you click accept.
  • You can't respond to claim rejections.
  • Clear expense claims allows for managers to know where and how much is being spent.
  • Easy to use. Time efficient.
  • There are a lot of options for each expense that could be reduced.
As previously stated, it is relatively easy to use and self explanatory. It does not require a great deal of time to set up.
You can upload expenses on the go. This means time does not need to be specifically dedicated to uploading and reviewing expenses. Managers can approve instantly and on the go.
Expenses always get checked and approved in a short space of time.

Webexpenses from an employee point of view is relatively self explanatory and simple to use. New employees do not need to use a lot of managers time to work out how to use it, and it can be used from the mobile allowing no expense to be missed.
