It is used to upload and explain our expenses. This is then approved / rejected by our managers where feedback and reasoning can be left. It then gets paid to us.

You can upload expenses on the go. This means time does not need to be specifically dedicated to uploading and reviewing expenses. Managers can approve instantly and on the go.
