Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

I use it to schedule patients, communicate with each other, and use analytics to track progress. It helps us stay organized and keep each provider's schedule clear, and it makes it to send messages back and forth to each other. We like the analytics as well to help set up goals each month and track specific stats of our clinic values.

Pros

  • The fax system with in Web PT.

Cons

  • Switching between Multiple Schedules, says error or sometimes logs you out.
  • Add a notification noise when you receive a message; sometimes, I can't see the red Dot right away that lets you know you have a message.
  • Improved Patient Load.
  • Improved Patient Care.
  • Improved Meeting Specific Goals.
It is just an easy-to-use platform that allows you to schedule patients smoothly. A simple system to document patients' notes and outcomes from each of their Physical Therapy Sessions. I love you can access it from anywhere.
It has met and surpassed our expectations.

The biggest problem we experience is trying to view our other clinic schedule sometimes it will say error when trying to switch over to the other clinic schedule, or sometimes it just logs us out completely, and this happens on a daily basis. Other than that, everything is working well.
