WebPT as a past user experience
WebPT was vital in our conversion to EMR because of the usability and the mass amount of information out there provided by WebPT. We happened to onboard at the same time as ICD10 was becoming going active and I think that transition was a lot easier because of WebPT.

It Does What it Needs to!
They can customize your plan to get what you need and only pay for what you'll use! It's like a pick-your-own plan. We only need it for insurance and patient charts, so we don't have to pay for things like check-ins or features we aren't using.

WebPT is great!....for the most part.
We have been able to add our new clinic in 2022 very easliy. We started out slow there so being given the ability for our Brighton clinic to schedule out patients for our Farmington Hills location was helpful with the amount of staff that we need to have on a daily basis. We take on students every semester and WebPT is great for our students. They can work on notes at home if they need to.

Allowed customizable platforms for documentation for many different specialties and different disciplines, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. It also helps us reach new patients by increasing our SEO through more positive reviews left on Google, Facebook, etc., from past patients through Reach's automated review campaign and NPS system.

Overall good documentation process and reminders to therapist to cover outcomes and match billing with time. Would be nice to have scheduling system in same program instead of 2 different programs.

At our practice we mainly used WebPT for billing and scheduling. There also are a number of reports for us to find patients who had dropped off the schedule and to look up patient lists based on physician to do follow up calls. Both of these allowed us to optimize care plans and have more completion of care plans and thus better overall outcomes.

We are working on merging to use WebPTs insurance billing program so we don't have to outsource to Careo. This will be a big step in reducing billers workload. As I am an Speech-Langauage Pathologist, I have not worked specifically on this end of the spectrum but being able to bill efficiently is excellent.

Really good product
Web PT’s additional features are a tease for me personally. It would be nice if the software and all the benefits we’re bundled for a solo practice and cost significantly more as each therapist was added. The current cost structure seems to be that having more therapists is exponentially less expensive. Unfortunately, the most expensive practices to run or solo practices, but in a niche area like pelvic floor, physical therapy, solo practices are quite common outside of large cities.

WebPT is a great solution for private PT practices
WebPT has definitely provided a full spectrum of services to help the business cycle beyond just the EMR from analytics to billing to patient engagement. All of these have been needs of the practice. We use to do our billing completely in-house. However, once we grew to a certain level, it was obvious we needed a different solution. WebPT offered a hybrid solution that has helped take some of the burden off of our in-house department.
