Acquia DAM (Widen) has the flexibility to be used by numerous colleagues in our marketing department because of the import/export abilities. While we internally limit the updating of DAM product data to two people in our team (to ensure consistent data methods and traceability) it is user-friendly to know what fields to populate due to the open freedom to build out your processes.
