Workfront for advanced marketing resource management needs
Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is being used predominately by the marketing group in many ways, ultimately to help manage marketing resources--from imagery to review and approval processes with legal/regulatory entities to content creation for a variety of marketing activities. Workfront has enabled us to advance our ability to collaborate on projects with greater clarity on where projects stand, who has assignments, and how we prioritize work getting done.
Pros
- Accessibility--works well to access via web/mobile
- Integrations--works well with our SSO
- Milestones and dependences--creating greater clarity on project statuses
Cons
- While the tool itself is incredible, having a process is helpful prior to installing Workfront
- Workfront has helped elevate marketing resource management, helping marketing resources outline from data/experience how much time is needed for projects based on previous experiences.
