Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for pretty much anything and everything in terms of business functions. On the Sales side, we used to inform our Delivery team of a new contract or any upsells to existing contracts so they could start the process of onboarding them to the business or amend any contracts. On the Delivery side, we use it to inform our Data team of any tasks that need to be carried out, and we can track all the progress of that tasks through Wrike.
- Tracking of tasks that have been created - Detailed breakdown of each step.
- Ease of use - everything is clearly laid out to stop confusion over what is happening.
- Notifications - great at notifying me when I have a task or something has been assigned to me.
- I can honestly say that Wrike has pretty much everything spot on for the use case I have for my business.
- Productivity - has increased productivity within the Delivery team 10-fold - makes things easy to find and track, and tasks can be easily created and assigned to specific teams and contacts.
