Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike as a part of a team when implementing new items.
  • Notifies me when I am assigned a task.
  • Organizes steps in a project.
  • Helps Communicate cross-departmentally.
  • Accessibility is tricky on the front end.
  • Notifications are often hard to follow to the main task.
  • Assignments are often hard to follow to the main task.
  • Saved days for project resolution.
  • Saved time on multiple meetings when rolling out deals.
  • If a department wasn't on board, projects could get hung up and stall.

Yes

It works well with new item rollouts and new customer acquisition. Having multiple relevant departments see the status of a project in real-time is helpful, but education on navigating the website and software proved more difficult than expected. All in all, it served its purpose and is priced very competitively. I wouldn't mind using it again.
