Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

  • It keeps a project moving through the different people that need to handle different parts of it
  • It identifies where projects get stuck
  • It helps to identify how long projects need to be completed
  • It keep all stakeholders informed on the status of projects efficiently
  • Perhaps add some gamifications
  • Perhaps add little celebration animations when projects are completed
  • It has helped identify where to add or decrease staffing
  • It has helped us identify ways that we could improve efficiencies
Basecamp was a cleaner UX and much easier to learn than Wrike. Wrike is much more detailed than Basecamp

Yes

We use it to as a project management tool. It allows to track the process of multi step, multi touch projects. It helps us to identify project efficiencies and log jams. It helped keep project stakeholders informed of the status of the projects
