Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Currently Xactly is being used to track all sales force performance, customer purchase trends, bonus payouts, and collections. The biggest issue we had prior to using Xaclty was tracking rep performance vs. customer performance. This software has helped track that information and no more spreadsheets are used to pay our sales force.
  • Track Rep Performance. Our old system was not capable and would only track customer performance. With all of the account changes it was impossible to version quotas and see their overall performance.
  • Users can track their commission payout and I can easily pull commission spend for payout.
  • Analytics is amazing and helps with rankings and customer purchases.
  • I would like to be able to impersonate a user if I am looking at their incentive statement.
  • More flexibility with look up tables to allow more dimensions.
  • Allow storage of customer forecast by adding an area where you can upload through a template.
  • Less hours spent on figuring out pay file and 100% accuracy
  • More complex rules for commissions so it can drive more effective behavior
  • Allows to track rep performance which is now used for awards
Xactly has saved hours upon hours of pulling sales, calculating commissions, figuring out changing pay factors due to change in quotas, and makes pay file a breeze. The capability of the software allows for complex rules, bonuses, and SPIFS. The system allows for flexibility on rule writing and calculates everything behind the scene so all the end use sees is credit and commissions.
