Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is used in our sales organization to track and calculate 100 sales reps' compensation.
  • It provides incentive statements for each rep to review their compensation at any time.
  • It provides reporting for our finance department to run analysis quickly and timely.
  • It provides an audit trail of all transactions that can be reported by rep, company, product etc.
  • Would like a more user-friendly functionality of document management. More flexibility in the look of the document.
  • It is complex to design and implement your plan.
  • Would like more ability to copy components of a plan when designing. I have to set up too many plans, currently have over 20 for 100 reps.
  • Positive impact for finance. They can run reports and make accruals without needing to bother anyone.
  • Audit compliance is a huge return. No calculation errors to worry about.
The only other product that I evaluated was bought by Xactly. Xactly is the Cadillac.
Xactly is user-friendly for the sales reps, enabling them to see their incentive statements at any time. It is a bit tedious for the administrator when there are changes made to plans or rep name changes. It does not handle name changes as well as it should.
