Overall Satisfaction with Xero

Use as financial program for accounting purposes
  • User Friendly
  • Use access levels - problem for about two years
  • Xero is expensive
  • Xero does not include smaller advisors in their roadshows, only focussed on bigger provinces

Overall user friendly, except for entering opening balances of suppliers and debtors. Also doing setoffs between suppliers and customers not easy.
Would like a dedicated telephone hotline
Xero support is not always easy to get a hold of, must wait for response on email or query logged on Xero, would be nice to have a dedicated support person/line in South Africa
