Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is being used across our entire organization. In terms of business problems it addresses, there's really nothing Zenefits doesn't solve for us. It's our one-stop shop for all information related to employees--benefits, pay, org charts, departments, etc. We use it as our source of truth when it comes to HR questions and concerns.
Pros
- Clean and organized sections
- Easy to navigate
Cons
- More alerts for items an individual needs to complete
- Documents more easily accessible and obvious to find
- Ease of transition for a small company in hypergrowth
- Ease of onboarding new employees in large numbers (bigger hiring classes)
Zenefits is no comparison to a previously used system (Paycom). Zenefits gives employees access to all necessary information in the platform, and without having to navigate to 3rd-party websites to get information related to their employment or the company. Not only can you track pay, you can track everything and know it is secure and correct.
