Ziflow allowed us to streamline the process of approvals
Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow is used within the marketing department to upload documents, videos, graphics etc for approvals from other teams in the organisation. Ziflow has helped eliminate missing emails with feedback, forgetting about certain tasks and their due date and has allowed us to streamline the process of approvals, making it easier for teams in the organisation to approve and make changes to their design requests.
Pros
- User friendly for people with different types of computer skill levels
- Allows for team members to provide specific feedback on any videos/documents etc.
- Provides updates and reminders to the team requesting feedback/reminding us about a job.
Cons
- One thing that can be frustrating is when proofs move themselves to the archive folder and are no longer visible in active proofs after a certain time
- Not sure if this is just a user error but the original uploader can not approve/confirm the proof has been approved if other people on the proof haven't approved it yet.
- No further issues from me
- Productivity has improved ten-fold as being able to upload and work across multiple proofs has made it easier for our team to manage the current jobs we have and see where we are falling behind in the approval process and where the roadblock is
- Our content output has increased due to the speed in which we are getting the feedback, allowing us to work through our projects very quickly, ensuring we are on time with our deadlines.
- The efficiency of our social media channels has improved and as the content is getting clearer feedback and what we are producing is better, it has saved time in getting feedback through emails

We don't have a lot of experience with monday.com as we were researching both options at the same time and ultimately chose to go with ziflow as it appeared to be user friendly and easier for other teams to use as well as our marketing team who would be the ones uploading proofs for approvals etc.
