Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow helps us applying collaborative work methodologies with a team spread across the world. We manage to achieve higher productivity, reduce the communication noise and limit the number of "parallel discussions" happening on various communication tools adopted by the workgroup (e.g. instant messaging, emails, etc.)

- UI size/tool buttons could be perfected
- hover-on buttons should be avoided when working via browser
- some processes are a little crunchu, e.g. switching from one tool to another sometimes requires 3+ clicks

Ziflow has reduced the effort and man/hours needed to fullfill the localization and publishing process by around 40% in our case. Please mind that this is a generic indication; most of the benefit in our case comes from concurrent editing of files by multiple editors and collaboration capabilities that allow us to discuss changes live with other teams (e.g. playtest team)
We reduced the time dedicated to content review and we are now using a much more lean approval process. Being able to track the approval status for every document by every user is an extremely useful tool for a company that works in a very large project group (international) and with multiple internal teams (translation, editing, etc.) on the same project.

The only other software of the same type I have used is Workfront. Ziflow was selected by one of our clients and we jumped on board using it. compared to workfront, the interface is leaner. Please keep in mind that we use Ziflow to work on rather simple products, therefore we use a limited set of functions and tools within the software.
