We have used ZipRecruiter as a way for us to identify the best candidates without wasting a lot of time having to go through a lot of resumes and cover letters that are not relevant to the roles we need to fill. This is important because when we are looking to hire we don't have a lot of leeway with the experience we require and the time in which we need to get new hires on board.

- By connecting us with more qualified candidates we have a stronger pool which we can select from to take the next steps in our hiring process.
- One thing that I wish ZipRecruiter had would be implementing more one-to-one connectivity with higher qualifying candidates -- something like direct SMS and text communication would be awesome.
- Possibly using some AI, ZipRecruiter could run through the submissions to speed up the identification of those top tier candidates.
