Alternatives Considered

We have not used any other products. Zix was recommended by the CIO of another company. We liked the product and service wee would be receiving and decided to go with zix.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zix is well suited for healthcare industries to protect patient information and credit card information through encrypted e-mails. I am not familiar with how Zix would be used in other industries.

Usability

There is really nothing that has to be done from the end user. Once the process is in place, it is pretty automatic.
