Overall Satisfaction with Zoho SalesIQ

For any Company or Start-up, client satisfaction should be the number one priority. Most businesses fail to show their contact details on their website, and it becomes a problem for customers. We as an Ed-Tech believe that our clients [mainly students and Instructors], should never face such issues or struggles, and that is the reason we try our best to use whatever is possible to their queries. We shared email IDs, phone numbers, separate WhatsApp number, but still found it difficult to meet everyone's needs and a lot of spam calls that wasted our time. That is when we felt the need to use Live chat software like Zoho SalesIQ.
  • Not that pricey
  • Convenient to use.
  • Good customer experience, they resolve queries quickly
  • It is easy to integrate it with CRM
  • Chatbot functionality and development is a but difficult to use/understand
  • Has issues with the notification/updates. That is sometimes it does not provide actual number of visitors on page, so need to reload it to get exact number.
  • Sometimes our website becomes slow due to its code
  • UI can be tricky to understand
  • Great tool to boost sales, lead capturing and analytics
  • Easy to use and create a multi-channel system.

I have compared Zoho SalesIQ with some other popular Live Chat softwares that we have used previously or are using currently on our website.
The Live chat softwares are Intercom, LiveChat, and tawk.to.
Zoho SalesIQ is better in terms of price, usage, customer support, lead analytics info. Intercom is better in terms of features like notification, targeted emails and database. LiveChat is useful in terms of ease of use, setup, admin usage and quality of support. tawk.to is great in terms of ease of use, setup, dashboard and customer support.

Zoho SalesIQ is easy to use, the customer service is good and the most important thing is, it is not that expensive when compared to other Live chat software. Some features like the chatbot development and understanding its UI can be tricky. Its code also increases the loading time of the website. But it is easy to integrate with CRM, helps in boosting sales, especially lead capturing, sending mass emails and getting to know the number of clicks on mail and links.

Evaluating Zoho SalesIQ and Competitors

Yes - Zoho SalesIQ was in use for over a year before we stopped using it, for some technical reasons, like it slowed our website by increasing the loading time. Although, it still is one of the best when it comes to price when compared to its competitors. I recommend anyone who wishes to buy this software or use it, to create a plan for your requirements, make sure to take a look at pricing if you are a small or mid-level business and then based on that choose your Live Chat software.

Zoho is a popular brand in India, and without doubt we would have used their product, due to its reliability, ease of use and price. When compared to its competitors it is indeed one of the most cheapest software, and helps a lot in boosting sales, with its good lead analytics feature. Zoho is about to launch the latest 2.0 and we hope they take care of earlier issues.
Zoho is a great brand without a doubt. If they improve the features of their product, I think I will go for their product again without any questions asked. Price, ease of use, analytics are something which are important for any start-up when we need to boost our customer base and sales.
