Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social in the Marketing Department to measure campaign effectiveness. Zoho takes raw analytics data and compiles it into reports that give the data context. Instead of having to sort through downloads of social media channel analytics, Zoho pulls the information together in reports that tell you what you want to know. All with the click of a button.

It's great for planning and scheduling also.
