Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We are a two-woman organization and both of us use Zoho Social on a daily basis. We use it to schedule our social media posts for up to a few weeks out. This helps us to be able to use our time in other areas of the business because we know that our social media posts have been scheduled and we no longer have to worry about them.

It is very easy to use and there isn't a lot of distractions to make it confusing.
I have had great support from customer support each time I had a question.
If you are looking to use an app that can help you plan and schedule your social media posts, then Zoho Social is good for this. We have recommended Zoho to our clients who have wanted to get better at planning and scheduling their social media posts. It is easy to use and not complicated to get the hang of.

I have not used Zoho Social to its fullest capacity so I cannot comment on where it is less appropriate.
