Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I just joined my new small organisation and looked for a way to gain time in managing our presence on social networks, stay aware of publications as well as provide comprehensive reports to our board. Zoho Social provides all of this and much more! It has been very easy to implement and I am still exploring some of the functionalities that will be very helpful in the future.

It is very user-friendly and setup goes fast. I was able to be operational within minutes of signing up.

For a small organisation like ours, where social media presence is important but we don't have tons of resources to dedicate to community management, Zoho Social helps us being effective, monitor our presence and engage with stakeholders in a very easy and focused way (all publications in one go, great integrations of resources, easy visualisation of progress).
