Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

The easiest way to manage multiple networks, schedule content and also get insights into performance. since we started using Zoho Social, it's boosted our overall presence and engagement across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Highly affordable for a small business compared to some of the bigger guys out there. At our stage of business, we don't necessarily need all the features. Zoho Social does just enough to help us grow and manage what we have with a small team.

Better mobile app required to make this a well-rounded experience. Integration with services like Canva can also make this a more powerful experience.
Haven't had reason to go to their support team yet.
Sharing access with a team is easier as is managing the workflow in case of multiple networks that we post to. Despite being a small team, there is always scope of errors that have been significantly reduced since we opted for Zoho Social.
