We have temporarily used only one other social media managing platform, however, Zoho Social heavily outweighs this due to its simple and easy-to-understand platform, with quick access to data regarding a post or page, and ability to schedule posts across your team.

It was very easy to get to know the platform and the different features available. The data was easy to access, which provided great insight into how followers and customers were reacting to posts and pages. The platform provides a simple to understand dashboard, which is clearly laid out to help work quickly.

Support Rating

There is constant support available, however we did not experience any problems regarding Zoho Social.

Zoho Social is a great application for managing your Social Media pages and accounts. With the option of linking multiple accounts to your login, you can access and view all your social media posts with the touch of a button. It was perfect for quickly accessing data regarding the reach of the post, new followers, stories created and interactions, etc.
