Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I love the ease and feel of this app. It has made scheduling and publishing content seamless. I can clearly attach the files and edit them if necessary. It is also possible to download the easy-to-use mobile app, which allows me to find time in my busy schedule to track the growth of my social media accounts and publish content on the go. I am satisfied with the Zoho Social app.

Later doesn't provide nearly the same in-depth analysis that I have noticed using Zoho Social. Later also limits how many channels you can post, for example, there isn't an ability to post to LinkedIn, YouTube, or Google+. The ability to custom edit for each social channel is uniquely different as well.

It has been very easy to use this app. I can find everything and there are self-explaining information tabs that can help ensure that you are understanding how to use the app. I am able to delete scheduled posts if I made a mistake very easily. I can see my work after I have completely scheduled posts.
I haven't experienced any problems.
Zoho Social is suited for a small team, like mine, to be able to consistently post content. It helps us get as much content to our follower base and also view engagement with new or current followers all in one place. This is very useful. It has been useful to be able to look at analytics and provide those raw numbers to clients who were curious about how well our posts perform and what type of impressions we get.
