- Little problems with security and firewalls.
- User-friendly.
- Share documents easily.
- High-quality video capability.
- Ability to record easily and send out to participants.
- Virtual breakouts still challenging.
- Sometime mic doesn't always connect.
- Lack of continuity between app and web.
- Know it will connect all over the world with few problems.
- Cost is unbeatable in the market.

Yes - Adobe Connect...Adobe Connect was not user friendly, we had major issues globally and the support was very bad.

Features were highlighted as "easy to use"..I was a user in my previous roles and I was very weary that they had fixed their product. Unfortunately, though they said they did, they did not. Recording difficult to access and send out. Had to down load content in order to share virtually. Settings page and access were inconsistent and connection globally was even worse.
I would have spoken up sooner that Zoom was the better alternative yet I trust my team to make the decision.
