The Zoom product is great, but the billing and customer service is on the opposite side of the spectrum

Zoom is being used to provide online learning and training to instructional faculty and enrolled health care students.
Pros
- Quality image and audio.
- Easy to use.
- Allows for virtual backgrounds.
- Offers a variety of meeting settings.
Cons
- Billing service
- Customer service
- Response to issues
- Adequate support
- Although short lived, it has allowed us to continue with training.
- Enables less travel to distant sites.
- Allows for a varied number of attendees.

Yes - Upgraded to a pro account to be able to get some degree of support.
Although I am a new subscriber to Zoom, the word exceptional support is not something that I associate with Zoom.
