Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use Zoominfo primarily for account research on finding contacts to reach out to. It has been a great list building resource, especially in supplement with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Great for finding hard to find contacts and a good starting point for contact information.
- Good company history, including mergers and some peer information.
- Revenue bands are better than other softwares that I have used.
- I have run into a few instances where the contact data isn't accurate in the lower revenue bands (contacts left several years ago).
- Email addresses have a higher bounce rate than I would like.
- I would like to be able to open a contact in another window, but that feature is not available.
- Zoominfo has definitely improved our efficiency and has helped with verifying leads are actually still with companies.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RainKing and Hoover's
I have used several list building tools in the past and zoominfo excels in sheer number of contacts per company. I think Sales Navigator has more accurate contact data, but finding email and phone number is difficult. Hoover's has more complete company information but finding proper contacts is difficult. I use all three commonly and have gotten very good lists.
