Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is being used by the sales department daily. It is used to collect accurate contact details of prospects in our target markets.
  • Provides accurate contact details
  • Allows details to be easily transferred to internal CRM
  • Makes it easy to search for a particular type of prospect using precise filters
  • Presumably due to LinkedIn restrictions there is no direct link to the person's LinkedIn page so you need to manually search
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Grown prospect database
  • Getting to Yes/No/Maybe from more decision makers faster
Have used a few other data companies but none have had as accurate data as ZoomInfo.
The ideal tool for prospecting. Some markets have less contacts than others.
