Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used by the sales department daily. It is used to collect accurate contact details of prospects in our target markets.
Pros
- Provides accurate contact details
- Allows details to be easily transferred to internal CRM
- Makes it easy to search for a particular type of prospect using precise filters
Cons
- Presumably due to LinkedIn restrictions there is no direct link to the person's LinkedIn page so you need to manually search
- Increased employee efficiency
- Grown prospect database
- Getting to Yes/No/Maybe from more decision makers faster
Have used a few other data companies but none have had as accurate data as ZoomInfo.
