Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is used by most of our sales department. It is used to get contact info for prospects/clients. It is incredibly useful for obtaining cellphone numbers and other hard to find information.

I have only used DiscoverOrg prior to the merger, but ZoomInfo always had more cell phone numbers available.
Finding new contacts within a company, updating contact info for current contacts, and scoops/news updates for companies are great assets to have.

The menus feel clunky and the search function can be frustrating as well
