Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used across the entire org, it's most used by sales and marketing. It's deeply integrated into our sales process to help us find new leads and easily integrate the user data into Salesforce. ZoomInfo is also invaluable in helping us find the correct contact to connect with. Having the ability to upload our own prospected leads into ZoomInfo and integrate them into Salesforce is also phenomenal.

- Easily integrates with Salesforce
- Offers real-time information for companies
- Offers ability to drill down to target companies by segment, geographical area, funding etc.
- The physical layout is a bit overwhelming
- Disclosure: I've only recently began using Zoominfo daily over the past 12 weeks, at this time I do not have enough personal data to know what positive or negative impact it has had on my ROI
