Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is being used for View, Intent, Engaged for the entire Sales team to obtain leads for future opportunities. The business problem it addresses is helping the team gather information to reach the decision-makers for our products.
  • ZoomInfo helps me to target decision makers to transfer to my CRM system.
  • ZoomInfo also gives me an opportunity to find companies who have researched our products in Intent which gives me an opportunity to gain new leads and business opportunities.
  • These strengths ZoomInfo offers are state-of-the-art technologies and have given me the ability to contact hundreds of prospects a day vs. on 30-50 previously.
  • ZoomInfo offers great training tools.
  • ZoomInfo has room for improvement adding additional CRM to migrate with their system. Currently, the CRM is not part of ZoomInfo.
  • I have had several emails bounce back that were A and above. I think credits should be given back.
  • Would like for Export Credits to roll over the next month. Or convert Views to 1/2 the amount and add more Exports. Views take up too much time to enter into the CRM system if you run out of Exports credits.
  • Too new to ZoomInfo for ROI.
  • Definitely have seen faster lead conversion, an increase in my work efficiency, the tripling of my database in one month, and a decreased time to reach decision-makers.
  • I have had prospects asked how did I get their contact info and threaten to report me. I have also had prospects email me back within bold UNSUBSCRIBE.
I have used LinkedIn Navigate only.
I had been trying to get in contact with the decision-makers in the supply chain for a big corporation and was not able to get the contact info prior to using ZoomInfo. Once our company, added ZoomInfo, I was immediately able to get the information and got in touch with the category manager. We are currently working with them to be added as a new vendor. There should also be a click before you transfer to Excel that does not include their personal address. I'm only interested in their work information. I have to delete those columns before I add them to my CRM.
