Overall Satisfaction with Zuora Insights

The entire organization uses Zuora Insights, but sales is by far the heaviest user of it.

We use it to know how engaged a prospect is with a demo installation of our software. It also gives us a great look into not only the amount of use, but what they're doing with it.
  • I use it to know if my prospect is being truthful with me. If she says she's hard at work testing us and Zuora Insights shows little use, I know something is wrong.
  • Since Zuora Insights helps us understand who is using it, we can establish if it's a team testing, or just one guy.
  • The patterns of usage give me clues to the best time to reach out, when we're fresh on the prospect's mind.
  • More contextual help would be welcome. It can be a tricky product to master.
If you have a product that requires testing by the prospect, Zuora Insights is essential. Nothing else lets you be a "fly on the wall" and see how and how much your product is being tested. For software with a trial period, this gives you an amazing advantage over a competitor who is flying blind.

Using Zuora Insights

With power comes complexity. Zuora Insights is the nuclear weapon of software sales, but like anything that powerful, it has a bit of a learning curve. Once you get used to the interface and terminology, it becomes second nature.
