If you are an MSP, this product does a lot more than other products and is easy to set up and use. I started the trial and had it fully functioning within half a day. I did not have an SCCM or Intune environment I could use. I was managing multiple businesses on different domains and this product help me centralize the management and provide support to the business and its users without major changes to the infrastructure.
Cisco Nexus Dashboard Insights is a powerful network monitoring software. It may assist you in more effectively monitoring your network. With the program's assistance, we can detect a wide range of network flaws and irregularities. Furthermore, it eliminates an interruption in the services we offer our consumers while also allowing us to reduce our high rates. Technicians no longer need to utilize CLI to copy and paste hundreds of coding lines. If you want a powerful programmable management program for your next-generation data centre, this is the program for you.
Ticket automation, more options to specific cases or conditions, and change client assigned to ticket, or be able to assign a ticket for the client without hassle of emailing them back or having to create a fake contact.
Include notes for client that are not file attachments, maybe integration with a cloud service like Google Docs or OneDrive.
Integration with other remote access tools would be helpful.
As of right now, we have found nothing that can offer as many features as Atera does along with the affordability. They are doing monthly releases each month and not just making small changes (shared scripting library, chocolatey support, Install packages, Splashtop SOS support, Scheduled tickets to name a few). The uptimes are great and accessibility to the dashboard has yet to be limited. We are a happy customer and bordering on fanboy status now
I am able to set up various thresholds that are constantly monitored by Atera. Then, when one of these thresholds is passed, I am alerted to the issue. This allows me to go about my business as usual without having to be stuck in my ticketing system the whole time. The email also gives me the ability to know where or not I should be jumping into action or if I have some time to respond.
For the end user, it is relatively easy to use. However, some training and practice is a must because the NSO is not as straightforward as the traditional router CLI. For the administrator, Cisco Network Service Orchestrator (NSO) is just like another program running on the Linux system--there is no big difference.
Great and effective automation functionalities and the tools on network security management are the best and easy data reports building. Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller feature for the network monitoring and easy management of various services and even offers the best analytics and also powerful integration tools for easy data migration.
Atera support provides answers to my questions lightning fast. They have never left me feeling like I'm out there on my own. I can ask questions by email, or by chat, or by opening a ticket with them and they are always on it quickly. They also have a forum where other Atera users can help you if you need it, and you can also add feature requests via the forum.
We had tried Syncro, Naverisk, Pulseway - dollar for dollar stack for stack, Atera blew them out of the water. Atera is easy to use, easy to manage, has flourishing facebook and reddit groups for support and they update their knowledge bases daily. Their communication and support has been bar none.
Cisco Nexus Series switches work well in our hybrid network environment. We have dealt with these types of switches for over ten years and have been very pleased with the performance of the switches. Cisco products have worked well with many of our other computer systems in our data closets. There is a solid confidence in these switches because of ease of maintenance and the quality of technical help available from Cisco reps. One problem we have faced intermittently is getting help with licensing when in a dire configuration change situation. Because licensing looks toward different system components, sometimes a new licensing request is denied because the Cisco licensing rep cannot verify that the company has a license for that piece of equipment, even when we definitely have the license. There has been anxiety in calling several times to get what is needed when we actually do have a license, but just that the Cisco rep has a hard time finding that license in our company name. In network down instances, this inability to identify the licenses we own, is very frustrating and time consuming
The platform is very well done, and to date, I have had no complaints about the implementation of the platform and no security issues or vulnerabilities. Cisco in all its product releases new versions to resolve security issues or bugs that appear on the platform, this is a big plus.
The lack of cost per unit is a great asset. Our team consists of two members who really use the product, and the cost being per member means we can have hundreds of machines and still only pay for two users.
From the experience of use, I can affirm that the tool improves the user experience since it reduced the time in the administration of the infrastructure, the prediction of events, as well as the suggestions for solving the problems.
all the aforementioned has been simplified thanks to the tool, in turn, it helps us to maintain the network in high availability.
The impact has been very positive due to the simplification of the administration, which in turn reduces the detection times, leading to a reduction in costs.
