Likelihood to Recommend	Numberz [Numberz] is best for any SMB or Mid Market business as they automatically create the Invoice which is required during filing the GST and paying taxes. As they save and reconcile each and every transaction. This software is also best because it saves CA cost and time as we are already ready with the every invoice which is required to file an ITR annually. Also this software gives us a feature to file our ITR by ourselves by clicking and uploading the required documents. If for example, one employee approved an invoice and then I, the administrator, make a change before the second employee approves an invoice the invoice is resubmitted to the original employee. Usability	Numberz No answers on this topic	Quadient Beanworks takes some time to set up initially, but once it's ready on your computer, it is very easy to use in conjunction with QuickBooks. They have representatives that are readily available or can schedule an appointment to walk you through it if you are ever having issues. Uploading invoices is quick and easy. Alternatives Considered	Numberz Numberz has a interactive and easy to use GUI in comparison to all other Billing Software's. Its can be used by any person even who don't have any knowledge of accounts and finance where as we need to learn to insert the entries into the other software such as tally. This software automatically fill the required fields such as GST and any other taxes.
