Likelihood to Recommend It's every day. I can't do my job without Chorus by ZoomInfo. I record every external call. I'm able to actually have a meeting with my prospect without stopping and taking notes. I also can play myself back and learn to improve. It's very helpful when you use it to explain to the boss or other departments, "no guys, really, he said this!!!"

Additionally Clari is very well suited for Sales Leaders to understand the entire sales organization picture in terms of expected company sales/revenue I can't think of situations where Clari is less appropriate, but not the entire company needs access and you do not want to waste license counts on that

Read full review Cons Sometimes there were issues with the 3-minute delay for Chorus joining a live meeting. Occasionally, deliverables were assigned to the wrong person in the summary if their voices were similar or if they were on the same audio. Occasionally, the Chorus had problems picking up on what someone was saying. This was likely due to user error but caused gaps in the conversation recording and transcript. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term

Read full review Usability This was sold internally as something that would help us be more efficient. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
Read full review Clari is very good when it comes to usability as I'm accessing it on daily basis as long as I'm on my Notebook, it helps a lot having visibility on my business status and progress on achievement. I can estimate my weekly, monthly, and yearly opportunities closure and revenue. I have some saved views which are so useful to get what I want to see.
Read full review Support Rating I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.
Read full review Clari is very willing to jump in and build out use cases. They will work to do anything for you. That said, their follow up is not great. We have had to reach out for follow up several times on a project, which is still not complete. I wish they taught us how to complete what we want, rather than doing it in house for us

Read full review Alternatives Considered We stayed with Chorus by ZoomInfo because of the superior way it recaps our calls. Depending on the length of the call and what is being discussed, Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually provide 10 key points in clear detail. When we used
Gong , we were finding it was only providing three or four key points. The quality of the recaps was very low as they were very short and were not worded very well.
