We use Chorus for phone call reviews and demo reviews. We get graded and judged on our cold calls that we are making on a daily basis.

I use the scorecards to see which teammates have the highest closing percentage as well as positive calls. When going for my next position I have been using Chorus to review our top performers so that I can mimic what they are doing. I like the playlists for positive calls as well as follow up calls.
Chorus pares great with our current stack of products. I use zoom info a lot as well and having a software and program that not only tracks how my conversations are going but gives me feedback on it in a timely manner is helpful. In the past I have used google docs and excel to track things and this is much easier.
We have used Chorus to train our new people. this lessens the burden on management and directors of having to personally sit and train each and every new hire.
Our Account Executives can go back and listen to the development teams calls to gage the customers interest based on inflection and what is said.

The zoom info team seems to be quick and responsive if we ever have issues with the software. I have only run into it a couple times the zoom has not transferred information into our CRM software efficiently. This was solved by the end of the week without any other problems arising
I used Google Analytics with Primerica. I payed for it myself to see how my team I was managing was holding up to other teams in the region. Chorus works so much better and if it would have been in my capability to use chorus I would have.
