The tool is awesome and the survey tool that was demoed for me is truly one that will be a game changer. I've actually been on site with clarabridge and they are awesome and they truly have a bright future in this industry. As HR analytics takes off and continues to grow, they will continue to become a key in how different talent, initiatives, etc., are assessed and can truly get an insight on the voice of employees on many possible initiatives.

  • With Engagor, it is possible to organize a large volume of mentions in different mailboxes, which is perfect for our large company. With special Smart Folders to drill down into our data, we can make it possible to organize our mentions even more in-depth, divide the workload, and optimize our workflow. This increased efficiency makes it possible to work together closely as a team, across different departments. To sum this up: the Engagor platform provides our company with the perfect foundation to optimize our entire organizational structure.
  • Another very interesting feature Engagor offers is their helpful and state-of-the-art tagging system. At NMBS we filter through large bulks of mentions and private messages on a daily basis which would be very difficult to organize without Engagor.

  • The sheer breadth and depth of data collection on Shareablee is second to none. If you're after full data sets - I'm not just talking current content, they have large historical data capture capability - then they're definitely worth looking at
  • They are constantly innovating, providing regular updates to the platform and data management solutions. They are truly at the head of the curve when it comes to social analytics - their ability to cut data and display it as well as present new ways of looking at data and correlations is outstanding. The affinities view/unique engaged audience metrics are particularly impressive and useful
  • The metric sets that can be applied to the content collected and the channels in question are large - at first, it can seem a little mind-boggling to get to grips with but it's worth persevering - there's so much in here to really help you understand brand marketing performance and audience engagement that it's truly invaluable
  • Customer support is second to none. Not only is it quick, it's always courteous and very very helpful. You feel like you're a priority and that you're in good hands with them
  • A little abstract, I know, but CEO Tanya is a trailblazer in the industry. Working with a group of people of this caliber - from the top down - is a clear indication of how ingrained Shareablee is with all things social data

We moved to Zendesk as it allowed us to have everything we needed. We didn't face FB Jail, we were able to respond to IG, FB & Twitter DMs at all times. The analytics were a bit better and we were able to do NPS and CSAT attached through our Zendesk platform

  • Well, due to the organization not truly pushing it for its value, we have struggled on this. We have seen great insight into certain projects when trying to improve certain processes or management structure and seeing the decline in those categories for term reasons/explanations but that does not truly say that the problem is fixed. You could draw a parallel but living in assumptions can cause more issues.

  • Our ability to answer complex client briefs is a breeze now that we have this tool - we can not only answer in full, but we are now well placed to provide insight and metrics that aren't front of mind thanks to Shareablee's depth of data interrogation. This makes our investment in the tool and the support a wise choice
  • The subscription is very cost effective and the plan flexible enough to cater to our needs
  • The learning curve is fairly steep meaning that initial time investment is a little high, but the support from the team helps make the transition from learner to a proficient user as pain-free and quick as possible
