Likelihood to Recommend Client Success is well suited to both growing and established companies who know what they want and need to track for their clients. With the broad ability to support numerous accounts, have multiple users, and its custom success cycles to map a clients progress, it would be a great solution for any Client Success team. I think that teams that are unaware of what they need to track wouldn't find Client Success as useful, and organizations that require a large number of custom client descriptions and variables would find certain limitations a barrier to successfully using this tool.
Read full review I think Lead Liaison could work well for new companies without an existing tech stack as you can also use it as your CRM. For a more mature company, especially one with multiple existing platform, I do not think it is worth switching, as all of the features will likely seem inferior to alternative specialist tools, many of which are cheaper, better supported and better integrated
Read full review Pros ClientSuccess makes it easy for our customer success managers to manage their workflows and provides excellent visibility into our company's customer activity and engagement. We're able to log into CS and regularly check segments of our customers that need to be engaged with on a daily basis, log customer health, and be aware of approaching subscription renewals in order to pay appropriate attention to the right customers. The user interface is easy to use, friendly in design, and quick to learn. They make it look attractive with bright color schemes without overdoing it too much. As a customer success manager myself, I am appreciative of how this tool has kickstarted our fairly-new Customer Success department and made us much more organized and knowledgeable as a customer-facing entity. Their customer success/support teams are excellent as well - which is to be expected. We've felt very well taken care of since we became customers of ClientSuccess. Read full review The form customization is perfect. Very easy to use. The insight we get from the form's (GPS) data is nice as we do not have to mandate fields anymore. The ability to pass thru a lot of data on the back end works for our process. The internal receiver (customer service or sales reps) of the form data knows exactly what campaign the lead came from, what clinical specialty is tied to the prospect and what product is of interest. We see that the dashboards, flexibility and tracking are meeting and exceeding the business needs we had outlined. The support they provide is consistent, available and responsive. They will work with you until your issue is resolved.
Read full review Usability One item you did not ask, but should be in around customer support. They do a great job of working with you, training and ongoing questions. Lead Liaison is always available and easy to get answers. The dashboards are great to gain business trends. The social media management is easy and a great way to ensure content is being tracked. The ability to gain tracking code for additional tactics. Our team enjoys the easy access and useability. We work with our clients to make sure they have a tool that we can use to scale for their needs. Lead Liaison makes it easy for us to help clients understand that Marketing ROI is closer to their finger tips than ever before.

They are quick to understand my request, review the options for solution and deliver the best option with the best outcome. Also, the good part is that I don't need support all the time because the product is so easy.
Read full review Implementation Rating Any issue with the adoption of the product were on our end. I wish we had the band width to run faster so we can know more faster. Our team enjoys the dashboards and ease of using the product. I know our clients are appreciating the results of the information as well.
Read full review Alternatives Considered HubSpot is excellent as it was an easy expansion from the sales and marketing work we were using it for. It meets our needs but isn't entirely as geared towards customer success like ClientSuccess. ClientSuccess has more bells and whistles that are out of the box vs.
HubSpot , where the capabilities may exist but require a little more leg work.
Read full review I have not used any other product than Lead Liasion. I just recently started using this product and was not aware of the other options. Either way I am looking forward to seeing how far I am able to succeed using Lead Liasion and will continue to use this platform in the future.
Read full review Return on Investment Within the first week, leadership was able to have more visibility into the lifestage and health score of each client We needed to become more proactive as an organization and this platform has allowed us to do so with real-time metrics and reporting. We needed to find a way to scale our approach, especially as our Client Success organization continues to grow, and this is already helping.
