If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud)

Oracle CX Sales is more suited for organizations who are planning to completely migrate their CRMs or who are just starting their CRM journey. Since integrations are limited with external software, using Oracle CX Sales can be challenging. Also, in my personal opinion, B2C companies with a large customer base or daily transactions will benefit the most by Oracle CX Sales.

  • Customization: We have heavily customized the system. Creatio has been excellent in helping build requirements & see these through to implementation.
  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly
  • Cost: Definitely competitive.

  • Insights of companies are really practical because gives you an overview of the company performance at the time you are looking at it.
  • Easy to use the Company Search Module where you can easily search for companies on DataFox.
  • The integration with Salesforce gives you a look at who is currently working with the prospect at this point and who has work in the past.

  • I would like to see more integration with other CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • We have each business unit built into Salesforce and it can track the amount of gross profit that flows through our Oracle database. It then further it trickles to each sales rep and what they've closed during their time at the company. These figures are not always accurate.
  • It be difficult navigating to accounts and drilling down into each specific customer to understand details.

I would give Creatio all fives, but this software is designed for companies (multiple users, teams, and departments), so my ranking is influenced by feedbacks I heard from sales managers and other personnel working with Creatio. During the process of implementation, there were many issues. It took more than a year to set up everything for everyone. Creatio definitely needs someone within your company to be responsible for implementation tasks (user education, integrations, customization, testing)

Its overall usability is great. The implementation process started smoothly and set the tone for how we'd be using the software. Trainings during onboarding for new users are always easy to follow, and account executives have felt confident using Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud) since the beginning. I would definitely recommend it to a colleague or friend!

Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

We have received a timely and valuable support from the product vendor for new feature assessments and continuous improvement. As this is an SaaS product, getting timely access to a roadmap is critical and Oracle has been transparent about the direction of its tools, which helps our IT, business, and end-user community be more confident about using Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud).

The system’s UI, rich functionality, and a great potential for scalability made the system stand out among other vendors. It is a fully-fledged solution that allowed us to work with customer data way more efficiently and improve our processes on a regular basis.

Oracle Sales Cloud was our preference for a CRM cloud system because it had great additional features that we also wanted to utilise in addition to the traditional CRM. We really liked the lead tracking and the incentive sales compensation feature. Several department heads debated which software to go with and in the end we all agreed on Oracle Sales Cloud because it addressed the needs of all the different departments that now utilise the software.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.
