    Contracts are a big part of our business, and being able to create tracking and dashboards for this has made our contracts process so much smoother. Also, being able to integrate docu-sign means you can do everything through the system, rather than having to go back and forth and duplicate things.

    Excellent as a customer relationship management tool, sales forecasting, building better sales plan for the entire deal lifecycle using critical and complex data, a 360-degree comprehensive view of vendors, partners, customers. Ensuring high standards and consistency is maintained in pricing so that quotes are competitive for prospective customers. At the end of the day, this is an excellent tool for selling and closing deals while being able to access needed information in one place.

    • Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged.
    • Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements.
    • Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs.

    • Lots of third-party applications, so frustrating when only the connector you need is missing
    • The possibilities are very large, so it is difficult to properly channel resources and needs within the company regarding this platform

    • It doesn't have a lot of information for mid-market in Latin America, so there is info you can increase on this.
    • Job posting may not be part of the Commercial Module because it is where salespeople may look at it and start another process.
    • You may add a top 100 list per country in the lists by default, to make it easier to use when putting attention on the correct sectors.

    The user interface of Creatio is quite friendly. It is intuitive for new users to start using the software. It is also fairly straightforward to setup. Business users are able to become productive with Creatio in a short amount of time due to an easy to use design. I find the design intuitive overall.

    Overall our organization has completely moved to Oracle CX Sales and now is able to utilize the latest technology backed by AI to provide a much better experience to customers and saving money at the same time. So it's a Win-Win situation. I believe there is a slight learning curve to derive [the] full value out of this but once you are there, you can delight your customers.

    Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

    The support the Oracle team gives is generally very good. They are patient, willing to help, and their training methods are collaborative and inclusive. They have conducted multiple support sessions and it’s always been a great user experience.     Excellent online training material. On-demand always helps to access anytime, anywhere. Also, it is essential that in this day and age, video tutorials with actual product screenshots make the learning more useful and fun at the same time. Certifications help test knowledge gained during these tutorial sessions. This was a blessing for fresh users.

    The user-friendliness of Creatio was a big selling point along with the low-code initiatives, both of which were important to our business. With Salesforce, unlimited wasn't really unlimited. You couldn't deploy an on-site instance and the overall cost of the system far outweighed the ROI. These are all things Creatio offers, out-of-the-box.

    As compared to other CRM, this happens to be one of the best and most affordable as there are some cons, but the pros are great, and I have seen an increase in sales by using this platform. It works great for the sales process from start to end, like lead generation to closure.

    When we purchased this system it was one of the more expensive options in the market. However, with an adjustment in service and a relative price structure, this has become a lot more cost-effective over the past few years. It’s now more of a middle-ranking in the pricing structure and I would definitely say this is value for money.

    • The ability to track and convert sales leads has proven to be a positive impact on ROI.
