A software that I highly recommend. We all managed to learn how to use it and in a short time we were already increasing the number of daily calls handled. Customers also increased and the performance of the agents increased by 100%, and that is why we did not change our call software.
Mixmax is very well suited for sharing calendar availability via email with a client. Multiple time blocks can be shared, and the bridge between Gmail and other colleagues allows you to hold a meeting time on calendars to prevent overbooking with colleagues. This is extremely helpful when scheduling a large call and juggling many people's schedules.
It is very useful; all the information that throws in detailed reports, management, and performance of the trainee staff, as we can notice their failures and correct them.
A very easy to use software, it is very intuitive and dynamic, which makes the learning curve is fast.
It also serves to monitor the activities of the staff already working and closely supervise the work of all agents: remote and local.
I have been using this platform in my company to handling the email tracking and engaging with the emails, it is far most the best help that I can have to actually do my work to great extent.
It helps me to create a pool in my own email inbox instead of creating in one system and then transferring it to others.
It also has amazing feature which is totally automated.
If I have an issue with the interface between Salesforce.com and Dialsource, usually the Support team is reaching out to me to let me know the connection between the two programs has been altered or disconnected before I even get a chance to realize it myself.
Every time I have reached out to Mixmax I automatically get an email from a trained professional who has perfect insight into my issue with an understandable reason to why I am having and issue offers me a solution. The wait time is only around 5 minutes and they are always offering sympathy in certain situations.
Mixmax is far better than HubSpot's alternative because when I used HubSpot, they did not have a "remind" feature, only basic email open tracking. The ability to select a date and time to be reminded with Mixmax and also track link clicks is superior in my experience. There may be other solutions out there with similar functionality but Mixmax is built specifically for Gmail, and I use Gmail for work and personal use.
We feel that this software fulfills all its purposes, which is to get closer to our customers and that our agents can attend each call efficiently, achieving excellent communication with our buyers. This has allowed us to increase staff performance, productivity and above all sales.
