Likelihood to Recommend Fishbowl is well suited for warehouse operations because you can control, monitor, report or view the progress of materials all the way from purchasing and receiving to the shipment and tracking of products. It integrates with major carriers and with QuickBooks so it does offer a suite that can support the entire operation. It allows for workflow monitoring, so particular groups or products can be tracked.
Read full review Solid Commerce may be helpful for small businesses that want to reach from one marketplace to become multi-channel based. However, I would recommend short contracts, long trial periods, request a teammate with 2+ years experience at the company and don't be afraid to communicate your needs. I do feel there is a place for the company in the marketplace, it is less expensive than most, it has a lot of benefits in segmentation and pricing needs, but it can lack in reliability and is not as reactive to customers for an e-commerce market.
Read full review Pros Inventory control - provides easy/accurate reports. Also, cycle counts can be done at any time. The warehouse team was easily trained. Sales Orders - Fishbowl allowed us to have the sales orders accessible to everyone and linked the customers' purchase order to the orders and work orders (within the system). It no longer needs to be manually linked. Custom reports - for a small fee we had reports customized specifically for our company. Link to Quickbooks - invoices generated directly after closure of sales order. Read full review It did allow for multi-channel promotion of the same set of SKUs. It diminished qty on all marketplaces when there was a sale on one. It allowed for multiple skus to change price. It allowed for SKU segmentation and multiple attribute tagging. When their company was smaller and more customer service driven, there was a lot of creative thinking to create sales growth. At one point we could see a high turnover rate of Solid Commerce employees, leading to a disconnect for customers. We had a hard time functioning with other external tools like ShipWorks, ShipStation, our DMS, even uploading using excel files became unreliable. We ended our relationship with Solid Commerce less then a year ago because we could not rely on their automation and communication. They knew this for months before we decided to terminate the relationship. Read full review Support Rating Originally the support for Fishbowl was very poor. It was hard to get anyone to help. In the last 12 - 14 months, it has greatly improved and if it continues this way I would certainly rate it higher.

Read full review ChannelAdvisor is a step up in building our e-commerce business. They have met our communication and customer service needs. They work with our other tools like e-Desk and
ShipStation reliably. However, that step up comes with additional costs.
ChannelAdvisor is an investment that is higher then Solid Commerce. However, we are about 10 months in and not once have we lost connection with
ShipStation or not been able to print pick tickets
Read full review Return on Investment Positive: Decreased time spent on copy/pasting in spreadsheets. Positive: Easier to analyze costs and guarantee efficiency. Negative: Time to get it up and running is really difficult to work with. Read full review They helped us grow significantly from a small e-comm business to almost triple our size in four years. They led us to know where our breaking points are in a same day service oriented environment. They have great segmentation of SKUs and different pricing options of SKUs. They did have some creative thinkers to help their customers but I wouldn't know if they are still there. Read full review ScreenShots
