You have to have a strong understanding of how relational databases work to be successful administering the system. For business continuity planning, it can be challenging to have multiple users in the system (due to costs), and many departments require 2-3 people, which adds up quickly. OneTrust functions well for a centralized document repository. The pricing of modules and what modules are required for workflows to function fully should be better defined.
