OwnBackup
OwnBackup is a great solution for anyone wanting to backup their Salesforce data reliably. It is also a great solution for archiving older records that still need a UI that allows users to easily access those records in the future.

The native Salesforce weekly export tool is not a sufficient backup solution. It must be run manually and can not be run more frequently than once a week. The resulting backups are a collection of CSV files. OwnBackup automatically backs up your data daily and has a web interface to search and manage your backups.

  • The archiving features of this product have had an ROI of $18K for storage costs recurring annually
  • We have not had to do a full restore of backups, but if we did loose data and have to perform a full restore OwnBackup would easily become our most valuable tool

If an incoming Email has, for example, been classified as spam, you will receive comprehensive information and can individually determine any further interaction. This means that you can always quickly find any email you are searching for and delivery options can be defined for the future.Screenshot of With the help of Infomail Handlings, the inboxes or smartphones of your users will no longer be flooded with newsletters and ad mails.
