    HubSpot has proven to be an invaluable tool in my daily role in sales. It is an easy-to-use, comprehensive system where all of my activity and account information is stored and easy to access. When a customer or prospect calls me with a question or is looking for specific information, I can quickly pull up the account and review all of the details of my communication with them. I especially love using the "Task" feature. This is extremely helpful when I have to make a follow-up call (at a specific time) or if I need a reminder to send information or send an email. The task feature helps to keep me very organized since I am working with multiple contacts and multiple accounts daily. I find HubSpot to be a great tool for me to stay organized and efficient in my sales position.

    My first time contacting SalesHandy the person in live chat answered all of my questions and understood me. I was very happy. The second time the person didn't understand me at all. That's when I became aware this wasn't an American company. I asked for the same person I got the first time and we started e-mailing, but he clearly didn't read what I wrote on two occasions, so he wasn't addressing my questions. This started to waste my time and frustrate me. Then the e-mails stopped coming and I had to keep e-mailing again trying to get a response, until they finally stopped altogether. I was literally just about to sign up for a paid account when this all happened. I told them I was going to go to their competition, and they didn't care, they just ignored me.

    • The email drip campaign execution is simple to use and allows emails to be sent in 60-90seconds intervals which is very important when sending a big number of emails.
    • They have a very easy to understand customization fields that allow the user to view each individual email before sending to check for any potential errors.
    • Good integration of templates into the campaign set-up field with just a few clicks. Don't need to copy and paste.

    • There is a lot of upsells within HubSpot. So while the custom sales reporting is great - I believe you have to pay more for it on most plans.
    • The ability to enroll contacts in a sales drip campaign is on a 1-to-1 basis which can be cumbersome if you have an influx of leads.
    • Depending on list size, email sends can be slow as it sends in batches.

    Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

    HubSpot CRM is very intuitive and the tool is easy to learn, it may have a small learning curve but once you get it, its very easy. The visualization and organization of data is much much better than most CRMs. Customization is possible wherever needed. Email sequencing is good and notification of email activity is amazing.

    Due to me using the software for very long and their terrible customer service, this is why I rated them low. I did notice that when sending e-mails it does take a while for the e-mail to go through, but then the e-mail hits the inbox very quickly. Also, their site and live chat did have problems. I mentioned this to them and they eventually fixed the live chat, but then they ignored the site issues I had which is when I opened two tabs, one tab would show one thing, and the other tab an entirely different thing within my account. It was very confusing and wasted my time trying to figure out if what I had done actually saved.

    I love the HubSpot support team - they have always been fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. Whether it's via chat or an email, I never wait long for a response and they don't just "answer the question." They dig deep with you when figuring out a solution, and make sure to give you all the information you need to ensure you're ready to go.

    If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

    Hubspot CRM is a way of Zoho CRM in terms of many aspects - such as functionalities, ability to make changes, flexibility, data visual dashboards, email sequences, logic-based workflows, and many more. Also, the data flow between marketing and sales on HubSpot helps both teams take informed decisions which were not happening with a Zoho CRM.

    • As a sales rep, I just wanted something easy to use that would track my daily interactions and my work within the funnel. It did a good job with the funnel, but was a challenge on the daily interactions.
    • Hubspot was able to do a great job with outbound sales outreach automation by setting up sequences and generic emails. It also did a great job of tracking click rates and engagement of the emails, which was really helpful.
    • I loved that it integrated into my GMAIL, so I could track my activities and outreach, and also know when people were opening my emails, so that I could push on those prospects harder.
