HubSpot CRM is simple and has an intuitive, comprehensive interface. It also has some extremely powerful automation. Its integration with other business systems allows us to gain a holistic view of the sales pipeline. It's also flexible and allows you to sort quite easily to gain additional business insights. It also can be free which is almost unheard of in today's world when it comes to robust features and functionality.

My first time contacting SalesHandy the person in live chat answered all of my questions and understood me. I was very happy. The second time the person didn't understand me at all. That's when I became aware this wasn't an American company. I asked for the same person I got the first time and we started e-mailing, but he clearly didn't read what I wrote on two occasions, so he wasn't addressing my questions. This started to waste my time and frustrate me. Then the e-mails stopped coming and I had to keep e-mailing again trying to get a response, until they finally stopped altogether. I was literally just about to sign up for a paid account when this all happened. I told them I was going to go to their competition, and they didn't care, they just ignored me.

  • Sequences: this allows team members to set up email to go out to specific contacts and look like it's coming from them directly, rather than a marketing email.
  • Deal Pipeline: easy to see where everything is with a quick glance, great overview and planning tool.
  • Templates: save team members so much time by being able to save common emails instead of having to retype them all the time.
  • Email tracking: we're able to see when a lead opens an email, clicks on something, or any other activity associated with that email.

  • The email drip campaign execution is simple to use and allows emails to be sent in 60-90seconds intervals which is very important when sending a big number of emails.
  • They have a very easy to understand customization fields that allow the user to view each individual email before sending to check for any potential errors.
  • Good integration of templates into the campaign set-up field with just a few clicks. Don't need to copy and paste.

  • Its internal search for a contact really sucks. If you want to be sure a contact isn't already in your database you have to search using their email address. Anything else including company name doesn't always bring up what you would expect.
  • The ability to utilize HubSpot data and generate a report that you can share with partners or vendors.
  • SIC and NAICS functionality.
  • Vertical market focus is not easily done without lots of customization.

Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

Our company uses HubSpot CRM to organize prospects and keep their info well organized. Only the sales staff uses it. One nice thing about HubSpot CRM is that sales people can easily print CSV files to share the best prospects with other team members and managers. HubSpot CRM solves the problem of keep leads organized. A specific scenario where HubSpot CRM is well suited is finding the revenue data for privately held companies, and then making sure they fit our criteria. Mostly it's great for daily tracking of sales people's call & email activity. It's less appropriate for searching by your notes, which I like to do and isn't a feature

Due to me using the software for very long and their terrible customer service, this is why I rated them low. I did notice that when sending e-mails it does take a while for the e-mail to go through, but then the e-mail hits the inbox very quickly. Also, their site and live chat did have problems. I mentioned this to them and they eventually fixed the live chat, but then they ignored the site issues I had which is when I opened two tabs, one tab would show one thing, and the other tab an entirely different thing within my account. It was very confusing and wasted my time trying to figure out if what I had done actually saved.

HubSpot's support is very helpful. You can leverage chat, email or phone call support (depending on your level of package with Hubspot). All options really help to provide expedited service, and can answer questions quickly and efficently. HubSpot also has partners around the globe who can help with implementation and management of HubSpot CRM.

If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate

The honest truth was we purchases Hubspot [CRM] when we were smaller and it was substantially less expensive than Salesforce. Now that we are larger we are hoping to switch over for the customization and extra integrations Salesforce offers. Hubspot [CRM] is lacking many features that seem simple and have been requested for years in their support forums, but it seems like the company has no interest in building them.
