Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I live by my tasks. It helps me make sure I follow up when I say I will (both time and date). I'm able to segregate my tasks by time zone which helps me being more efficient at calling at the right times. This also is huge for reporting and creating dashboards to see what works and what doesn't.
- It tracks emails including opens, clicks, and keeps a great log.
- I love how they give you options to build your own reports as well as some templated reports as well.
- It creates an easy way to work with your colleagues even if its remote positions.
- There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis
- There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense.
- It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job.
- Very clear visibility to how each rep is doing.
- Better organization on progressing leads and opportunities.
- I like how you can change the forecasting based on industry and close rate for the rep.
I can't remember the names of the other CRM's I have used in the past but HubSpot I would say is the cleanest and most user friendly. SalesRabbit I would say has the advantage for being better to use on a mobile device. I do not like the way HubSpot looks or how I am able to use it on my phone.
