easy to use. Wish that we could play videos on our current rollout of version 2.9 but i know thats coming soon. I also want to say that Tedd Fox is a big reason why Bluejeans continues to exceed in our company/org. He has dedicated his time and effort to really making sure our experience is improved

If you and everyone you are speaking with is using BlueJeans, it works fine. Screen sharing and connecting to room systems can be frustrating, and I find it takes away from live presentations when we regularly encounter technical difficulties. Video quality and sound quality are also a consistent issue and detracts from usability.

It's easy to use, nothing to complain about. The overall layout and component disposition are neat and tidy, but I think the App component is not in the right place. I barely have noticed it and it's like hiding very important features. It should be posted in the front of the screen or in a more reachable place.

From the moment you join the first meeting you can set up the configuration and it keeps your preference so you don't have worry everytime you join, especially when you use it several times a day for different types of meetings. It's also very clear to see who's on the call and who's talking, mute and unmute and even a prompt alert when you try to talk and forget you're still on mute. It also has a very good mode to save data, which I find pretty useful when I'm on the street, which for me happens pretty often as I take meetings outside the usual office hours.

I think for non-admins it's much easier. They just download the app and attend the meetings. It's much more confusing for administrators, like myself, who are not very tech savvy and not patient at all! Joining the meetings is okay.Although, sometimes on my desktop the app would freeze, (several times this has happened) and it caused me to be late to a meeting.

BlueJeans is relatively easy to use, however the meeting invitations that BlueJeans automatically sends out is not exactly end user friendly. If there is no passcode for the meeting, the end user has to know to press # (trips up some end users who are not seasoned).

Joining from a link on the iPhone works 99% of the time, but when it doesn't it can be frustrating. When joining from a computer, I have seen competitor's products that automatically assist the end user with audio/video set up if it detects a potential problem, Blue Jeans does not do this as well in it's current iteration.

Joining a meeting is overall relatively easy, but there is room for improvement. Creating links in the meeting invite that automatically dial the meeting ID and passcode when pressed would be nice.

For the purpose of just getting on a call and sharing a screen, bluejeans is very easy. A link and you are in! Sometimes the download of the extension can cause pause, but other than that it's smooth. it was pretty easy to convert our clients to bluejeans. I would say the -1 point comes from the bad calendar integration.

Joining a BlueJeans meeting, from the simple instructions in the meeting invite, to the easy 2-step installation of the desktop client and simple configuration, is a seamless and intuitive experience that comes easy even for those using devices with non-supported languages. Once in the meeting itself, the minimal clutter of the interface and easy to see buttons make for an overall satisfying meeting experience.

Users find it easy to open the desktop app and enter the meeting ID. However, as mentioned earlier, some of our users get confused if a user has joined using the registered email address previously and the app is still displaying the login. Some users forget that they have to click "Join as Guest" and I have to assist them.

Joining a meeting is simple. We did have an issue where we had back-to-back calls, additional client joined meeting early and it wasn't their meeting. Solving that issue took a bit of digging, but we solved it eventually.
