Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans company-wide. It original use was for off-site training. We liked the recording feature as well. Now it is evolving into a company meeting platform. Our organization is spread out over two states and the reduction in mileage and drive time is really making a difference.
- Ease of use is the big thing for me.
- The simple one step recording and download for later playback is also a nice feature.
- The apps are spot on, and we need to get them deployed to more end users workstations.
- We are currently having issues with a NUC/Dolby setup. A remote session from the support person would be a great help. I have had to do all the downloading, configuration which has taken a great deal of time. Some option at the NUC for remote assist.
- We have had some issues with the newer App release and windows 7. This has forced us to upgrade the workstation prior to installing the latest release.
- We have been using for training and it has helped with travel and time!
- The trainers love the recordings and how easy they are to obtain and re-play.
- I think the investment has already repaid itself.
There are recording shortcomings. We have also had issue with lastest release and screen sharing. They are working on a fix.
