Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use to connect our corporate office with 50+ remote offices and we have a call center.
  • Connects all offices
  • flexibility on call flows
  • Use over the computer
  • better support staff that knows the product
  • long pauses when you dial out before it starts to ring
  • have corporate directory on handsets
  • Billing problems are a big issue
  • Reporting and getting support staff to help us report
  • We believe our expenses went up as a result of dialpad and the way you bill. We need to show much better in 2024 or we will be looking to switch at the end of the contract
  • It would really help if we could get someone to analyse our configuration and help guide us on how we could take more advantage of features we are not using to positively impact our business
  • Improve overall support and sales people who know the product rather than sell the dream
We selected dialpad as we thought it was a stronger product for our business but now we are not sure if we made the right decision

Overall too many employees complain about some of the items I mentioned and then our finance and accounting staff finds your billing to be very hard with lots of errors. They spend too much time reviewing and approving
