Dialpad Talk is a cloud communications UCaaS platform that provides users with integrated voice, video, and messaging capabilities from one unified interface. It integrates with the vendor's web conferencing product, UberConference, as well as with G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Okta, and Zendesk.

  • No missed calls = $1000's saved/earned.
  • I have been able to build rapport quickly by having names and reference number, times and dates. Detailed information due to the live transcription to reference.
  • Search feature for contacts and phone calls make finding contacts and numbers a breeze.

  • Positive- better work/life balance therefore better retention rates and employee happiness
  • Positive- smoother correspondence on administrative items by using the chat functions and the ability to use the laptop to make calls while doing other work
  • Negative- confusion with number sand some functions that cause time to figure out and therefore disrupt workflow

  • Because of transcription I'm able to grab data to use for sales.
  • Makes my job so much more productive being able to search calls for information. Just 1 time being able to find a conversation saved enough to pay for this for a year.
