The software provided by this company has been widely implemented by users to manage their time and calls more efficiently, particularly in phone-heavy environments. Users have found value in using it as their preferred VoIP product for delivering client solutions, offering voice and collaboration capabilities along with excellent mobility features. By utilizing this software, organizations are able to streamline communication across the entire company, eliminating the need for multiple media platforms and enabling direct messaging with peers. This implementation aims to address communication issues within the organization as a whole. However, some users have encountered challenges in configuring the software and find it not very user-friendly for non-phone system administrators. Additionally, while the Mitel phone system is well-liked for its features, other conferencing platforms like Zoom and GoTo are often considered better options for hosting conferences. Nevertheless, the Micollab app has proven to be crucial for various departments within organizations such as school teachers, tech helpdesk, HR, and service representatives who interact with patients, schools, teachers, and doctors on a daily basis.
